Likes and Dislikes:
- Keep in mind that my favorite genres are literary fiction, historical fiction, young adult, new adult, history, politics, non-fiction, memoirs, and biographies.
- Please note: I don't read mysteries, Christian fiction, self-help, or horror.
Things you should know before submitting a book for review:
- I accept books on a very, very, very limited basis for review.
- I cannot accept every book I get a request for, even if it falls in one of my favorite genres.
- I have very limited time to review books due to having a full time job and having my hands full with life in general so please don't be offended if I don't accept your book. I want to make sure that I give myself plenty of time to mindfully review anything I do accept to read.
- I pride myself on writing incredibly honest reviews of the books I accept for review so if honesty scares you, I'm not the reviewer for you.
- Providing a book for me does not equal a positive review.
- I will accept ARCs and/or finished copies of books. I have a Kindle so I will accept formats that I can read on the Kindle on a limited basis.
- I am definitely willing to host author interviews, giveaways, and guest posts.
- I also cross-post reviews on Goodreads. I can cross-post on Barnes and Noble and Amazon if specifically requested.
- I do work full time and have kiddos that need me at home so please understand that I do have time constraints but that if I commit to doing a review, I will try to do it in as timely manner as possible.
- I do, however, reserve the right to not review a book on my blog if I do not finish the book.
