The Great Gatsby Read-a-long

I'm participating in The Great Gatsby Read-a-long on Unputdownables (it's not too late to sign up to read with us! Click here!). This isn't the first time that I've read The Great Gatsby. In fact, this classic is one of my very favorites so I'm excited to have an excuse to read it again!

  1. I read TGG some years ago and I remember feeling extremely underwhelmed - I just didn't get what all the fuss was about. They're doing a re-make of the film now and I said I'd read it again before watching the film, so it'll be interesting to see what I think of it then.

  2. I am too! I read it sometime in high school, but couldn't tell you more than the characters names or where it was set

  3. I read Gatsby back in... gosh... 8th or 9th grade, I think. I wonder what I'd think of it now.
