  3. I looked back at your original post for this book. You mentioned the author's focus on people and personalities. To me, that's what makes a book readable.

  5. Reading your original review I got the feeling that in many parts of the book the author was able to make history come alive for the reader. That's so important in non-fiction and really separates the best history books from the rest. Thanks for the chance to win a copy.
